What is Traditional Makeup?

Traditional make-up is liquid, cream, or powder applied with brushes, sponges and other tools applied directly to the face thru physical contact with the skin. Traditional make-up is beautiful when applied. One huge bonus, is that traditional make-up is normally more cost effective than airbrush. Again, it depends on your personal preference when it comes to either traditional or airbrush. If you can’t decide, feel free to schedule a trial with BOTH traditional and airbrush. (Please note that almost ALL traditional make-up will rub off on clothes and need occasional touch-up’s.)

What is Airbrush ?

Airbrush is an ultra fine mist of foundation sprayed with a small air compressor that gently mists the skin. This provides a flawless, stay proof look all day long. The light mist allows the skin to breath and your natural skin tone to show thru; yet keeps a natural look and won’t exaggerate your pores. Airbrush feels “very light” and is never cake-y looking. Airbrush has been used in Hollywood and in the fashion industry for years. Airbrush creates the flawless make-up look you see on TV and in the magazines. Creating a smooth, full coverage lasting application that feels light and natural on your skin.

What Are Benefits of Airbrush

  • Natural Looking
  • Can last approx 16+ hours (and can be removed with make-up remover or a make-up wipe)
  • Hi-Def make-up
  • Flawless finish in photos
  • Water Resistant (will not come off with hugs, sweat, tears or humidity)
  • The application is one of the most hygienic ways make-up can be applied to the skin
  • Suitable for all skin types & can cover hyper pigmentation.
  • You are able to adjust the coverage from very minimal to full cover easily
  • Skin tone colors are custom blended to match the numerous unique skin tones
  • Won’t come off on clothes
  • Lash and brow extension safe
  • Tan lines can be airbrushed off & Tattoo’s covered if desired
  • Time saver as you don’t have as many touch-ups

Is Airbrush Worth the Extra Cost ?

YES! I have never had a bride regret the minimal extra spent. The benefits far outweigh traditional make-up, but again it all depends on your personal preference. If you can’t decide, then try a trial with both airbrush and traditional and see which you like best.
